Payments and transactions
Yes, nnael accepts deposits and withdrawals via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment bank transfers. You can deposit to your personal nnael virtual account number (VA) issued by each bank. Simply log in to your nnael account, select "Deposit", choose your bank (online payment / e-wallet / mobile banking / local payment), and we will generate a unique VA code. Transfer funds from your bank account to that VA code using your bank's app or branch service. Your deposit typically credits within one hour during business hours. Withdrawals to your registered bank account are processed subject to nnael's verification review (see withdrawal timeline question below).
Withdrawal requests on nnael are subject to verification review before processing. We aim to complete review within one business day; some requests may take longer if we need to verify additional information (for example, around major holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, or if your withdrawal pattern triggers additional checks). Once approved, your funds are transferred to your registered payment method (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, bank account, etc.). If your withdrawal is delayed beyond two business days, contact our support team with your request ID and we will investigate.
